    HUGE stapled brochure measures 10 1/2" X 13 1/2" & has 12 very colorful pages, including covers.
    Near EXCELLENT CONDITION
    , aside from a light (insignificant & barely noticeable) water ? stain near mid to lower left spine. It's otherwise SUPER CLEAN & CRISP....looking as new....with NO ripped or torn pages.
