Is this an actual software that computes all the previous numbers from online with an internet connection to give give you the best combinations?
The software/program generates random numbers in chain and compares them with all previous drawn numbers from past trying to find as much matches as possible. When it finds it then it generates numbers for future draws related to chosen lottery. These numbers and events are stored among the best results the GEN was able to find. These results you can use for your lottery ticket.
There is no connection via internet. You can take the numbers of the lottery from the lottery website but you need to insert them into the GEN software manually to the input box before you start the generation. It depends on you how many of previous draws you want to compare. Optimal is about 5 previous draws. Reasonable minimum can be 3 and maximum is almost unlimited ... for example 100 of previous lots is possible as well. I recommend to test more possibilities and see what is better producing more interesting results.
Does the Gen 2.0 work for horse racing and Pick 3 lottery?
The GEN is not programmed for horse racing but the principle of the wave luck theory is applicable for horse racing in certain conditions. Pick 3 is possible in case 2 GENs will be run at once. This is possible but the evaluation results are more difficult. So it is not optimal for Pick 3. It is optimal for lotteries with only 2 independent draws like PowerBall and so on.

5. Pick 4 and 3 - GEN is not suitable for such lotteries as it has 2 independent generators. But you can run 2 GENs at one time. 1st can generate only 2 independent numbers and the 2nd can generate other 2 in case of Pick 4 or 1 in case of Pick 3. Then you need to put the best numbers together to one ticket.
Does the software cover powerball and mega millions lottery games? Does the software retrieve updated winning numbers from the lottery websites?
1. The software covers PowerBall and Mega Millions lottery - presets are included. There are many other US lotteries and others can be added based on the request.
2. The software does not retrieve updated numbers from lottery websites. They should be added manually but it is always possible to download excel or csv file from the website and just copy / paste the whole number history into GEN software input box with using simple transform command in excel - I can advice how to do it.
Does this got quick pick for 3,4,5,6,10?
The GEN software is suitable for lotteries with 1 or 2 independent draws like PowerBall for example. Pick 3 needs 3 independent draws, Pick 4 needs 4 independent draws and so on. You can start 2 GENs at once to achieve 4 independent draws or 3 GENs at once to achieve 6 independent draws. All this is possible. Only the gathering of results is not so comfortable but possible so you can use it.
Does this software have Canada lotteries like Lottario 6/45 , LottoMax or Lotto 649 ? Can this program produce ready to use combos of 6 numbers or do I have to use a combination program to produce them?

Based on selected lottery preset GEN produces 6 numbers you can put on ticket. But as input you put drawn numbers that can be for example 7 based on selected lottery.
