promo bag.  The film stars Topher Grace, Scarlett Johansson and Dennis Quaid.
This handy black soft faux leather (I do not believe it is real leather) bag is great for any commuter.  Can hold up to a medium size laptop (not a big gaming one) along with many files and office tools.  Has multiple pockets and compartments within the bag and features the title of the movie, "In Good Company" embossed on the front lid.  The lid securely fastens with metal turning locks/toggles and includes a very handy shoulder strap (as well as briefcase-style handle).
Very handy and well crafted, has some dust from storage but got as much as I could spot.
Condition is great and unused.
