    Estate collection
A rare, interesting sauce or pickle jar, moulded by hand from aquamarine glass.
A fabulous specimen of Victorian bottle making.
Quite heavy for its size with typical imperfections as irregular shape and varied
thickness of glass, large and small air bubbles in the glass, due to its hand crafted nature.
This large jar would make an outstanding addition to any antique bottle collection, or Victorian display.
Wide mouth, with embossed, large lettering that reads:
J.A. Sharwood & Co. Limited London & Bombay.
The company had offices in both London and Calcutta, and the jar is marked for both places,
but the bottle was most likely manufactured in London, England.
    "W" embossed on bottom.
    Dimensions:
    8-inches in height
    3-inches in width
    Condition:
Very good antique condition.  No chips or breaks.
