Return Policy:

Return Policy under the following conditions:
All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any visible or functional damages (we consider this as misused or abused merchandise).
Customer is responsible for all shipping, shipping costs and proof of delivery on all returns. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured. Also, do record your return tracking number so that you can trace its movement accordingly. We are not responsible for returned packages if they get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.
