Return Policy:
We offer

Return Policy under the following conditions:
All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply.
A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any missing items, or returned with any visible or functional damages.
Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured. Also, do record your return tracking number so that you can trace its movement accordingly. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.
Please note - we keep records of all our device IMEI numbers, so please make sure that it is our item that you are shipping back to us. Please do not confuse it with any other phone or one bought from another seller.

Please remove your Google account or any other accounts and/or passwords/PIN and reset the device back to factory settings.
If you do not remove your account, the phone will be locked to your account email address and we won't be able to access the device. We reserve the right to charge a fee to have the accounts removed by a third party.

and come with a warranty

Shipping:
We ship within 1 business day of cleared payment (not the same day), and only to the address you have provided on your checkout transaction.
Address / Name changes will not be accepted at any time. This option is also blocked with our shipping accounts.
Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be charged should a delivery be refused, not cleared or not picked up after the item has been shipped. Same will apply to an incorrect or not full provided shipping address.
