Dimensions are: 11.5" wide 10" tall and the straps are 6"
The Tote shows wear due to age.
The grommets and handle attachments are secure.
Both side seams and the handles show fraying.  The paint design shows blue spots showing thru and there is a stain on the back lower edge and wear spots.
