Return Policy:

Return Policy under the following conditions:
All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply.
A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any missing items, or returned with any visible or functional damages.
Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.
Please note - we keep records of all our device IMEI numbers, so please make sure that it is our item that you are shipping back to us. Please do not confuse it with any other phone or one bought from another seller.

Shipping:
